METRO-TEK provide a ticket driven support facility to customers which can operate either by a web browser or via email. To make effective use of this facility, please highlight the Support tab above and click on the Ticket System option.
You can submit a ticket without registering or logging in using the Support tab against the right margin of this screen, but please be aware that if you enter an email address that is not registered with the ticket system, you will find it difficult to track progress on the ticket. Note that if you submit an anonymous ticket, the system will email you details of your submission, together with a link to the registration page.
Emergency Support
In the event of an emergency, you can contact an on-call engineer via pager simply by posting an urgent ticket. Please note that in order for this to work, you need to use a registered email address and you need to set the ticket priority to Urgent.
